The personal trainers at Fitness Plus know the body, inside and out. We know how to work with your body type, your level of fitness, your goals, your timetable. Every Fitness Plus trainer is college-educated and has a degree in this profession. They are highly qualified to be your personal trainer. Our trainers are not salespeople; we do not sell memberships or packages of training. We care about your fitness.

There are no membership fees at Fitness Plus. You will be billed once a month for the services you use.

There will be no charge for service if we receive a 24-hour advance notice. If we receive less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of our fee will be charged.
Travel charges may apply if client lives outside the Lexington, Kentucky, metro area.
