30-minute session: $40
60-minute session: $70
90-minute session: $100
15 minutes can be added to any session for an additional $15, if time permits.

Equipment/Facility Consulting
$75 per hour
When you are ready to purchase workout equipment for your home, or if you would like to set up a workout facility for more than one person, let a Fitness Plus consultant help determine exactly what you will need. Our consultants help with research and will facilitate the purchasing and delivery of the equipment.
Endurance event training
Marathons, triathlons, cycling, swimming. Whether you are getting ready for your first or latest marathon, our Fitness Plus personal trainers will work with you on the techniques and skills you need for peak performance. Call for pricing information.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no charge for service if we receive a 24-hour advance notice. If we receive less than 24 hours' notice, 100% of our fee will be charged.
Travel Charges
Travel charges may apply if client lives outside the Lexington, Kentucky, metro area.
