Fitness Plus II is a private personal training studio that focuses on its clients' needs to help achieve their health and fitness goals. Located one mile south of Man O' War off Harrodsburg Road next to Kroger in Bellerive Plaza, we offer one-on-one functional training for weight loss, sports conditioning and overall health and wellness.

With no contracts or memberships, we work with our clients' schedules to offer them a convenient, hassle-free workout by the most educated and well-trained professionals in the area.
